Operation Christmas Child Shoebox Mission
Join in packing shoebox filled gifts for children.
Operation Christmas Child collects shoebox gifts‑filled with toys, school supplies and hygiene items—and delivers them to children in need around the world to demonstrate God’s love in a tangible way. Many of these children have never received a gift before, some come from cultures that do not exchange gifts. Delivered into the hands of children through local churches, every shoebox gift is an opportunity to share about Jesus Christ and God’s gift of salvation.
Boxes are available in the Crossway to take home and fill. Please return your filled shoeboxes no later than November 16th for delivery the following week to our regional collection center.
Build a Shoebox Online
Would you like to pack a gift but don’t have time to shop? Did you know you can Build Your Own Shoebox Online? Visit the Mission Hill landing page and start filling your virtual box with pre-chosen quality items. Volunteers at Samaritan’s Purse will pack the items you’ve chosen. You can also include a personalized message and photo. Many of the shoeboxes built online are distributed in hard to reach areas of the world where the gospel is not easily shared. Every shoebox gift is an opportunity to share about Jesus Christ and God’s gift of salvation.
Your $30 online donation includes all items, shipping and presentation of the gospel in each child’s heart language. You will also be able to find out later what country the shoebox you sent was delivered through the Follow Your Box label code.
